Gulfport & the Mississippi Gulf Coast · Administrative management
Administrative work is invisible when it is done well and expensive when it is not. Most organizations do not need a reorganization. They need someone to look honestly at how the work actually moves through the office, write it down, and say what should change.

The work
Six areas of practice for businesses and organizations. Most engagements draw on two or three at once, depending on where the administrative work is getting stuck.
- 01
Administrative process review
A structured look at how the administrative work of an organization actually gets done, and where it stops.
- 02
Office and back-office operations
Management support for the day-to-day functions that keep an organization running.
- 03
Records and document management
A records system an organization can actually maintain — what is kept, where, for how long, and who may see it.
- 04
Workflow and procedure development
Written procedures for recurring work, so it does not depend on one person remembering it.
- 05
Operational planning and advisory
Planning support for the operating year: priorities, capacity, and what the organization can realistically take on.
- 06
General management consulting
A management sounding board for the questions that do not fit neatly into one department.

IBC Properties LLC · Gulfport, Mississippi
Small by design.
Accountable in practice.
IBC Properties LLC is an administrative management and general management consulting firm based in Gulfport, Mississippi. The firm works with a limited number of clients at a time so that the review behind each engagement gets the attention it needs.
We do not sell software, staff an office for you, or take a percentage of anything. Our role is to sit on the organization’s side of the table, look at how the administrative work is actually done, and give you a written view you can hand to a partner, a board, or a lender.
New engagements come by referral, from client organizations and from the attorneys, accountants, and bankers who work alongside them. If you were sent to us by someone, say so when you write.
Who we work with
Organizations first — and the professionals who refer them to us.
Businesses and operating companies
Companies that have outgrown the way they were first organized, where the administrative work now needs process, records, and defined responsibility. Most arrive with a symptom rather than a diagnosis: things are taking too long, work depends on one person, or a function is not keeping up with the rest of the business.
Growing organizations
Small and mid-size organizations adding staff, services, or locations faster than their procedures and records have been updated to carry them.
Nonprofits and community organizations
Organizations with modest administrative staff that need their records, procedures, and reporting obligations in reliable order.
Professional practices
Firms whose client work is well managed and whose back office is not — scheduling, files, correspondence, billing support, and vendor coordination.
Referral partners
Attorneys, accountants, bankers, and insurance professionals who would rather hand a client to a firm that leaves a written record than to one that does not.
How an engagement runs
Deliberately uncomplicated. Three stages, agreed in writing before any work begins — and the engagement itself is scoped either as a defined project with an end date or as an ongoing management relationship.
- Stage 01
Introduction
Most engagements begin with a referral and a first conversation about the organization and where its administrative work is getting stuck. No scope, no invoice — an honest read on whether the work is a fit.
- Stage 02
Scope and analysis
We agree in writing what the engagement covers, who we will speak with, and when findings will be delivered. Then we do the work: the interviews, the process walkthroughs, the records, and the open questions.
- Stage 03
Findings
You receive a written summary the organization can act on and keep: what we found, what we recommend, what remains unresolved, and what we would do next in your position.
Tell us where it gets stuck.
